Rules and booking

Booking one of our stays implies acceptance of all our general terms and conditions of sale. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the registration form accompanied by a 50% deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. Prices All prices are stated in euros. The description of each stay is accompanied by a list of services included in the price.

Compliance with programmes

The order of activities in a programme may be changed by Vercors Aventure without prior notice, but all advertised services will still be provided. However, Vercors Aventure cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of all or part of the services in the event of delays due to participant transportation. Lack of Snow: In the event of insufficient snow, alternative sports or discovery activities will be offered to participants in place of the scheduled snow activities. Under no circumstances does a lack of snow entitle participants to cancel their stay.

Cancellation of a Stay by Vercors Aventure

If the number of participants is insufficient, the stay may be cancelled no later than 21 days before its start. Other causes for cancellation due to force majeure or safety reasons may occur at any time. In both cases, participants will be fully refunded, with the exception of insurance, which is never refundable. Participants will not be entitled to any further compensation from Vercors Aventure.

Cancellation by the Participant

In all cases, cancellations by the participant must be notified to Vercors Aventure by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the date of which shall be considered official. Any insurance purchased is non-refundable. Failure to pay the balance of a stay by the agreed date will be considered a voluntary cancellation by the participant. If more than 10% of participants cancel: More than 30 days before the start of the stay: €30 per person 30 to 21 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the total amount 20 to 8 days before the start of the stay: 60% of the total amount 7 to 2 days before the start of the stay: 90% of the total amount Less than 2 days or in case of no-show: 100% of the price of the stay

Police formalities

Published Prices and Programmes Only the booking contract shall prevail regarding dates and prices. Vercors Aventure cannot, in particular, be held responsible for any printing errors. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Grenoble (Isère). Catering: For activities where meals are included, the client will be charged for all meals booked at the time of reservation.
